Rocky Robinson, Chief Executive Officer | back to top

Mr. Robinson has over 32 years experience in the automobile distribution business on the East Coast. His wholesale automotive business, General Trading Corp., was founded in 1984 and became the largest automotive wholesale enterprise in the Mid Atlantic Region by 1990.

Mr. Robinson also co-owned a chain of new car dealerships in the mid-Atlantic area selling BMW, Nissan, Pontiac, Mazda, Chrysler, Plymouth, and Volkswagen. Mr. Robinson sold his interest in 2002.

After the sale of the franchise group, he started a new chain of dealerships operating under the name Southern Automotive Group. The FCS platform was built and operationalized under the guidance and direction of Mr. Robinson in this entity.


Chad Hudnall, Chief Operating Officer | back to top

Mr. Hudnall is responsible for all Operational and Technology functions within the company. Having over eighteen years of executive and consulting experience, he has a proven background in numerous disciplines - IT Strategy, Restructuring & Compliance, IT/Business Alignment and Large-Scale System Implementations.

Prior to joining FCS, he owned and managed Hudnall Group, LLC, an IT and Management Consulting firm. In addition, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting in the Financial Services and Technology practices. He has also held other technology positions at Watson Wyatt and AT&T.

A subset of clients served by Mr. Hudnall in the past include Capital One, Morgan Stanley, Wachovia, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, State Farm, and FBR.


Gerald Cassidy, Chairman of the Board | back to top

Mr. Cassidy has gained widespread recognition for creating Washington’s top integrated government relations and public affairs firm. In fact, National Journal has consistently ranked Cassidy & Associates as one of the top three on its list of premier Washington lobbying firms for the past five years. In January, 1998, Washingtonian magazine listed him first among “lobbyists who get the job done.” The magazine, referring to him as a “master builder,” wrote Gerry Cassidy “has scaled the mountain and built his company into Washington’s most powerful private lobbying firm.”

Forbes magazine also recognized Cassidy in its March 2000 issue when it listed him No. 52 in its national list of “The Power 100.” The New York Times, in a 1999 article, said that Cassidy & Associates had become “a model for other Washington firms that combine prominent Democrats and Republicans under one roof.”

Today, Cassidy & Associates maintains its integrated global public affairs philosophy with its premier sister companies, Powell Tate (a public relations, crisis communications firm) and Rhoads (a commerce-oriented government relations firm).


Mike Charapp, Board Member | back to top

Mr. Charapp has spent his life in and around the automobile business. As the son of a Dodge dealer in western Pennsylvania, he spent his teenage years working in all departments of the family dealership prior to pursuing his law degree.

In 1984, Mr. Charapp joined the Rosenthal Automotive Organization, then one of the ten largest auto dealer groups in the country, where he became EVP and General Counsel. Mr. Charapp was in charge of operations of Geneva Management, the company that oversaw management of all Rosenthal Automotive businesses including franchised and independent auto dealerships, real estate partnerships, advertising agency, etc.

In 1996, Mr. Charapp founded his present law firm Charapp & Weiss, LLP, specializing in the representation of businesses, particularly auto dealers and auto dealer associations. Today, he represents and advises numerous business clients, including over 200 automobile dealers and several automobile dealer trade associations. Mr. Charapp is President of the National Association of Dealers Counsel of which he was a founding member.


Robert Granados, Board Member | back to top

Mr. Granados is Vice President and General Manager at DealerTrack, Inc., and is responsible for development and management of various product solutions and strategic initiatives.

Mr. Granados has held senior-level positions at Fortune 500 firms such as Metropolitan Life, where he served as Corporate Compliance Officer for the Bank Division, and Aon, where he served as Senior Vice President. Additionally, Mr. Granados assisted in the formation of Financial Passport Inc., a technology-based financial planning and investment advisory firm, where he served as President of PFN Financial (a nationally registered broker-dealer) and Corporate Vice President.

He is a proven Financial Services executive who focuses on deploying distribution and product development strategies, thus enabling organizations to increase market share, enter new markets, and maximize revenue from existing customer bases.


Craig Smolen, Director, Sales and Marketing | back to top

Mr. Smolen has worked in the retail industry for over 24 years. After graduating from Towson State University in 1981 with a degree in business, he started his career in the automotive field as an inventory manager for one of the largest Automotive Dealers in the Metro Washington Area. He worked his way up to become the Dealer Executive of the franchise as well as the Vice President for the Automotive Group.

While managing Southern Automotive Group for 4 years, Mr. Smolen and Mike Colabucci invented and refined the tablets in a real world environment. Their goal was to create a process that enabled existing dealer software to seamlessly integrate with consumer entered information.

Mr. Smolen joined FCS LLC in 2007 to manage the national rollout and further develop and market this new and innovative product.


Mike Colabucci, Director, Sales and Marketing | back to top

Mr. Colabucci has worked in the automotive retail world for over 23 years. He started out as a sales consultant for Lustine Automotive Group and worked his way up to President of the company. Under his management, Lustine had the world’s largest GM parts department and sold over 400 units a month. He stayed there until 2001 when the business was sold. He then opened his own multi-chain dealership called Southern Automotive Group in 2002. Shortly after starting Southern Automotive Group, he started developing the idea of eliminating the paper credit application in his own stores by inventing the electronic solution. He formed FCS Corp in 2006 to complete the development and bring his idea and vision to the rest of the automotive world.
